Ladbrokes is now in a position where it will invest more aggressively
in customer recruitment to enable it to compete
on a more sustainable basis in particular to reinvigorate Ladbrokes’ core businesses, Ladbrokeslive.com, UK Retail and
Ladbrokes Australia in order to accelerate the development of our scale with recreational – or regular lower-staking –
customers. In addition, in the UK, we are developing a multi-channel offer which will capitalize on our strength in UK
Retail and maximize the value of our existing and future customer relationships.
